Our programmatic approach to MS4 compliance encompasses the full lifecycle from developing the program manuals, training staff on the program, implementing the program, interfacing with and reporting to regulatory agencies, as well as evaluating the program through self-audits. We’ve honed our expertise over the years through helping both localities and state agencies with their unique programs. In some instances, such as VDOT, we’ve helped these clients since the inception of their MS4 permit.

In addition to the training on program plans, we have also provided training to hundreds of VDOT employees seeking Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management Plan Inspector certifications, under a Memorandum of Understanding between DEQ and VDOT, and working closely with DEQ to ensure the classes were accredited.
